We provide you with a license to use Vidmar-AI for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can create, save, and share the images and videos you generate. However, you cannot:

• Reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with the app's code.
• Use Vidmar-AI for commercial purposes (e.g., selling generated images or videos or using them for business).
• Share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Violating these terms will result in the termination of your access to the app.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Vidmar-AI offers both free and premium features. Premium features are available through:

• Weekly Subscription: $9.99 per week.
• Annual Subscription: $39.99 per year (best value).
• Annual Subscription: $79.99 per year.

Payments are processed via the App Store. Apple handles all payment info, and we do not store any of your financial data. If a subscription offers a free trial, be sure to cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

4. Your Content and Our Content

The images and videos you create with Vidmar-AI belong to you and are stored solely on your device. We do not collect or share your content, and we never claim ownership over it. However, if you share feedback or content with us, you grant us permission to use it for improving the app, with no further obligations.
