- Uploaded Media: When you upload an image or video, it is temporarily used to generate the styled image or video based on the media's attributes. These files are stored locally on your device and are not shared with us.
- Data Use: We do not store the images or videos you upload or any personal details linked to them. The media is only used for the purpose of generating the requested styled images or videos within the app.
To provide our AI-enhanced image and video generation features, Vidmar-AI collects minimal facial data, including facial landmarks (such as the position of eyes, nose, and mouth), feature details like contours and proportions, and uploaded photos or videos containing facial information provided voluntarily by users.
The facial data collected is used solely to generate personalized, high-quality images and videos based on user-selected styles, ensure accurate alignment of visual effects on facial features, and enhance the precision and personalization of the AI-generated content.
All processing of facial data occurs securely and privately. Facial data is stored temporarily on encrypted servers strictly for the purpose of processing AI-generated results and is automatically deleted after the process is complete. Typically, this retention period does not exceed **24 hours**, ensuring your data remains safe and transient.
We do not sell facial data or share it for advertising, tracking, identity verification, or any unrelated purposes. When users explicitly authorize and initiate an AI generation task, user-submitted photos or videos that may contain facial information may be transmitted to our backend servers and the applicable third-party AI model service providers solely for the purpose of completing the requested AI generation. Such providers are contractually required to process the data only for this purpose and not to use or share it for any other purpose.
The data we collect helps us deliver a better, more personalized experience for you:

In order to provide users with AI related functions such as image and video generation, this app integrates multiple third-party compliant AI model services. Only after the user voluntarily agrees to authorize, based on the actual usage scenario, the image, video, audio, and text content submitted by the user will be sent to the corresponding model supply server for processing. Without explicit user authorization, no user data will be transmitted.
